Maintenance Assistants Hiring Now! Aegis of of Moraga is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the Maintenance Director in the general maintenance and repair of our assisted living community and works for the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance issues.
Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday 9am to 5pm What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
What You Will Do:
Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicals Prepare rooms for new residents Communicate effectively with residents, other staff, and Maintenance Director on updates or issues that need to be addressed
Qualifications:
Who You Are:
Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care community Skilled at building relationships with residents and staff members Ability to maintain resident confidentiality Knowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulations Must be willing to take TB test Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination Who We Are:
